Public Notification Mailing List

The Public Notification Mailing List includes all registered persons and organizations that are required to be mailed notice for all neighborhood meetings and public hearings.

 Concurrency Monitoring

The Planning & Zoning Division monitors public facilities for capacity (as required by Florida Statute, the City's Comprehensive Plan, and Land Development Regulations) through the City's Concurrency Management System. Below are the most recent annual status report and quarterly monitoring report.
