Rodolfo Valladares, P.E., is the Interim City Manager for the City of Alachua. He has extensive experience as an engineer in the private sector and has served with the City for several years in the roles of Public Services Director and Assistant City Manager.
Lynn Hayes
Executive Assistant to the City Manager
Lynn Hayes is the Executive Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Alachua. Sharing more than 12 years of administrative experience with prior City Managers, Hayes is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in the City.
Jeanene Carrillo
Executive Assistant
Jeanene Carrillo is the Executive Assistant for the City of Alachua. She supports the executive team by performing administrative duties and participates directly in the work of the department. She is known for her friendly, helpful and positive personality.
Carrillo brings more than 30 years of customer service and administrative experience. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Business and Professional Leadership & Human Services from Southeastern University.
David Wisener
Economic Development Manager
David Wisener is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Alachua. He is responsible for the City’s business attraction, retention and expansion efforts in order to promote job opportunities and overall quality of life for the community. He is also very involved with implementing the City's Strategic Plan, and he assists the City Manager as part of the Executive team.
