Qualifying for the 2026 City of Alachua Election will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on February 17, 2026, and will close at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on February 24, 2026.
Individuals seeking to qualify may pick up a candidate qualifying packet from the City of Alachua Deputy City Clerk's Office, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., during regular business hours.
The municipal election is for Commission Seat 3, which will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 7:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m.
