The City of Alachua will hold its 2026 Election on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to fill Seat 3 on the Alachua City Commission. Candidates Bill Menadier, Dayna Williams, and Jackson Youmas are vying for Seat 3, with a three-year term that concludes in April of 2029. Polls will be open on Tuesday, April 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Legacy Park Multipurpose Center, Alachua Branch Library, and the Clubhouse at Turkey Creek. Due to changes in the Vote-By-Mail laws, all citizens who wish to receive a ballot must complete a Verification Form and return it to the Alachua County Supervisor of Elections Office, for approval before the ballot is mailed. 2026 Election Information
