1. Site Plan: A request by Brown & Cullen Inc., agent for Land O’ Sun Management Corporation, owner, for consideration of a Site Plan for the expansion of fuel stations in association with existing gasoline sales at the Fast Track Convenience Store. The proposed expansion would result in the increase in fueling stations from two (2) stations to four (4), as well as the replacement and expansion of the existing canopy from 20 feet by 21 feet to 24 feet by 48 feet. The ±0.50 acre subject property for the proposed development is located at 11921 NW US Highway 441, Alachua, Florida, north of the Turkey Creek Development of Regional Impact (DRI).
