The mission of the Utility Billing department is to provide comprehensible, accurate utility bills in a timely manner to our customers. The billing staff consists of a Billing Supervisor, and three cashiers, all of whom strive to provide courteous professional customer relations. Our goal is to be well informed and trained to adequately assist our customers with all of their Utility needs.
