The City of Alachua offers short term rental of City Facilities as provided for by City of Alachua Code of Ordinances Sec. 28-8, as amended by Ordinance 12-15.  Be sure to complete the below Application for Facility Use and read and agree to the Facility Rental Regulations.  Upon completion of both of these documents, return to the Alachua Recreation Department.  These can be hand delivered to the main reception desk at City Hall (15100 NW 142nd Ter.) or mailed: Attn: Recreation Department, P.O. Box 9, Alachua, FL 32616.

Your application will be processed and you will be notified of approval or denial.  If approved, you will be required to provide full payment of all fees and charges within five (5) business days of being notified of approval.  You can make your payment in person at the Utility Billing division at City Hall (15100 NW 142nd Ter.) or mail (checks only) to Recreation Department at P.O. Box 9, Alachua, FL 32616. Your payment will be processed and the facility reserved for you on the date and time specified on the application.  If you have any questions, contact the Alachua Recreation Department at (386) 462-1610.
