Application and Supporting Document Submittal Requirements

Throughout the Development Review Process, applicants will be required to supply copies for review by Staff and Elected and Appointed Officials.

Initial Application Submittal:
Number of Copies (all materials) - 9; 1 CD with PDF copy
Must be submitted at time of application submittal.

Each Revision after Initial Submittal:
Number of Copies (all materials) - 3; 1 CD with PDF copy
Must be submitted within timeframe specified by Staff

Planning & Zoning Board Public Hearings:
Number of Copies (all materials) - 13; 1 CD with PDF copy
All 13 copies must be double-sided and 3-hole punched and include all related application materials.
Must be submitted ten (10) business days prior to public hearing.

City Commission/Board of Adjustment Public Hearings:
Number of Copies (all materials) - 9; 1 CD with PDF copy
1 copy must be single-sided, 8 copies must be double-sided and 3-hole punched. All copies must include all related application materials.
Must be submitted ten (10) business days prior to public hearing.

All hard copy submittals should be bound by a binder clip ONLY (Absolutely NO staples, bindings, or books)

Presentation Requirements:

The following procedures apply to all PowerPoint Presentations or any other materials to be utilized for Planning & Zoning Board (PZB), City Commission, or Board of Adjustment (BOA) meetings for any application processed by the Planning & Community Development Department. All material must be submitted to the Planning & Community Development Department by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting. A copy on compact disc is required. The disc must state the Ordinance Number, name of the project, and date of the presentation.
PowerPoint Presentations must:

1. Be of an appropriate font size to be legible to all;

2. Text should not extend to the outer bounds of the slide;

3. Files must be named in the following order: “Ordinance Number (if applicable) - Name of Project - “Applicant” - Date of Presentation”
