The City of Alachua boasts an excellent facilities maintenance crew of three. Together, they care for the indoor and outdoor maintenance and cleanliness of over ten city sites, including city hall, the police department, parks and recreation facilities, and Fire Station 21.
The mission of the Facilities Maintenance Division is to provide routine and emergency maintenance and custodial services to ensure a safe and healthy environment within all City buildings and facilities.
