NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ALACHUA CITY COMMISSION, ALACHUA, FLORIDA

The City of Alachua City Commission will meet in an executive session on Monday, September 26, 20 II, at 5:25 p.m. The meeting will be held in the James A. Lewis Commission Chambers in City Hall, located at 15100 N.W. 142nd Terrace, Alachua, Florida.

The executive session will be attended by Mayor Gib Coerper, Vice Mayor Ben Boukari, Jr., Commissioner Gary Hardacre, Commissioner Orien Hills, Commissioner Robert Wilford, City Manager Traci L. Cain, and City Attorney Marian B. Rush.

The subject matter of the executive session is the case of JGC Land Development, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company vs.City of Alachua, Florida, filed in the Eighth Judicial Circuit, In And For Alachua County, Florida, Case No.: 20II-CA-3769, Division J. The discussions during this session shall be confmed to settlement negotiations and/or strategy relating to litigation expenditures. The session will be recorded by a certified court reporter.
