CALL TO ORDER

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

AGENDA ITEMS

A. Canvassing board will meet at 2:00 p.m. for training.

B. Supervisor of Elections Pam Carpenter will perform the logic and accuracy test on the voting machines, using test ballots from the City of Alachua.

C. Ms. Carpenter will answer questions from the board and from the public regarding the Logic and Accuracy test and the election process.

ADJOURN

The Canvassing board will meet again at 8:30 p.m. April 13, 2010 at Alachua City Hall to canvass the city election.
