Application Submittals: Guidelines for All Applications

Throughout the Development Review Process, you will be required to supply copies for review by Staff and our Elected and Appointed Officials.

All hard copy submittals should be bound by a binder clip ONLY. Applications bound with staples, bindings, or in booklets will NOT be accepted.

With EACH application submittal, provide one compact disc (CD) with all application materials, including the application, supporting documentation (attachments), and plans, in PDF format. If the application includes plans, all plan sheets must be combined into a single PDF document.

Presentation Requirements

The following procedures apply to all PowerPoint Presentations or any other materials to be used by the applicant for public hearings before the Planning & Zoning Board (PZB), City Commission, or Board of Adjustment (BOA), for all applications processed by the Planning & Community Development Department.

All materials must be submitted to the Planning & Community Development Department no later than 12:00 PM of the last City business day preceding the meeting date. A copy on compact disc (CD) is required. The CD cover must state the Ordinance Number (if applicable), name of the project, and date of the presentation.
