A. First Reading and Public Hearing of Ordinance 13 05, an Ordinance of the City of Alachua amending Chapter 32, streets sidewalks and other public places: the title, to add "Right of Way"; Article I, in general, sections 32-1, 32-2, 32-3, 32-4 and 32-5; Article II, Excavations, Section 32-25. All amendments are to adopt language more consistent with that of state law and of the City Land Development Regulations so as to clarify the responsibility of the public and specifically those granted permissive use of city right of way and public places; providing for severability; providing a repealing clause; providing for inclusion in the city code; providing for an effective date of January 28, 2013. – Cap Wilson
