A.     First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 13-06: A request by the City of Alachua to amend Article 3 of the City’s Land Development Regulations to establish the Governmental Facilities (GF) zoning district and to amend Articles 4 and 5 of the City’s Land Development Regulations to establish implementing regulations for the Governmental Facilities (GF) zoning district. This is a legislative hearing. – Brandon Stubbs

B.     First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 13-08: A request by the City of Alachua for a Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend the Future Land Use Map of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.– Justin Tabor, AICP
