A.      First Reading of Ordinance 13-10, An Ordinance of the City of Alachua Florida Amending Chapter 38 of the City Code of Ordinances Relating to Utilities by Adding "Reclaimed Water" and Its Definition to Section 38-135 and Inserting the Added Definition in the Proper Alphabetized Order, and, by Adding Section 38-141 to Establish a Schedule of Rates and Charges for  the Use of or Availability for the Use of Reclaimed Water; Providing for Severability; Providing a Repealing Clause; Providing for Inclusion in the City Code; Providing for an Effective Date.—Mike New
