A.        Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 09 22: A request by L & L Frontier Holdings, LLC, owner, to amend Ordinance 06 12 relating to the Newbar (Creekside Estates) Planned Unit Development, by amending Condition Number 33 to extend the lapse date of the Final Development Plan (Preliminary Plat) to June 15, 2012; requiring approval of construction plans and a final plat for any phase of the development by June 15, 2012; and requiring that the developer submit construction plans and final plat documents in accordance with the Land Development Regulations adopted on February 27, 2006. The subject property consists of approximately 50.13 acres and is located at 15850 Hipp Way, on the south side of S.R. 235 approximately ¼ mile east of C.R. 241, Alachua, Florida. FLUM:  Moderate Density Residential; Zoning: Planned Unit Development.  Tax parcel #03135-000-000 (This is a quasi-judicial hearing).

B.        Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 09 23: A request by Parker Land Company, owner, to amend Ordinance 06 02 relating to the Parker Mixed Use Planned Unit Development, by adding a new condition
Number 38 extending the lapse date for the PUD Preliminary Development Plan for the Planned Unit Development known as Parker Mixed Use to June


15, 2012; requiring approval of a preliminary plat, construction plans and a final plat for the first phase of the development by June 15, 2012; and requiring that the submittal, review and approval of any preliminary plat, construction plans, subdivider’s agreement, letter of credit, final plat, and all other related documents for the PUD be governed by the Land Development Regulations adopted on February 27, 2006; and amending Condition Number 8 relating to phasing schedule time frames.   The subject property is located north of U.S. Highway 441, to the west of CR 235A, Alachua, Florida. FLUM: Moderate Density Residential, Medium Density Residential and Community Commercial; Zoning: Planned Unit Development.  Tax parcel #03044-010-001, 002, 003, 03044-011-001, 002, 003 03044-012-001, 002, 003, 004, 005. (This is a quasi-judicial hearing)

C.        Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 09 24: A request by Alachua Development Company, LLC, owners to extend the lapse date for the Baywood Preliminary Plat to June 15, 2012; require approval of a final plat for Phases IB and II by June 15, 2012;  require that the submittal, review
and approval of a final plat, subdivider’s agreement, letter of credit and all other related documents for Phases IB and II be completed by June 15,
2012 and that all such documents be governed by the Land Development Regulations adopted on February 27, 2006.   The subject property is located on a 61.69 acre parcel, northwest of County Road 241/State Road 235 and US Highway 441 (behind Food Lion), Alachua Florida.  FLUM: Moderate and Medium Density Residential; Zoning: RSF-6.  A portion of Tax Parcel 03067-006-000
