A. Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 10-10:  Containing changes to City Elections and changing the title from 09-20 to 10-10. (This is a Legislative Hearing)

B. Second and Final Reading and Second and Final Public Hearing of Ordinance 10-09: A request by Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., agent for Waco Properties, Inc., owner, for consideration of a Site Specific Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas (Rezoning) from Agriculture (A) to Residential Single Family – 4 (RSF-4). The ±284 acre subject property for the proposed amendment is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of NW County Road 2054 (Peggy Road) and NW County Road 235-A (NW 173rd Street), north of the Dollar General Distribution Center, and northwest of the Baugh Southeast Coop, Alachua, Florida.  Existing FLUM: Moderate Density Residential; Existing Zoning: Agriculture (A); Tax Parcel No. 03894-000-000. This is a quasi-judicial hearing.
