    A. First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 10-19: A request by C. David Coffey, P.A., agent for Ann L. Schmidt, Trust, owner, for consideration of a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SSCPA) to the City of Alachua Future Land Use Map from Agriculture to Commercial. The ±9.998 acre subject property for the proposed Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment is located on the westerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway 441, north of NW 43rd St, south of Brooke Pointe and Staghorn, Unit 1, Alachua, Florida.  Existing FLUM: Agriculture; Zoning: Agriculture (A); A Portion of Tax Parcel No. 05936-001-000. This is a legislative hearing.

    B. Second Reading and Final Public Hearing of Ordinance 10 18: A request by Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., agent for Rolling Meadows Investments, LLC, owner, for consideration of a Site Specific Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas (Rezoning) from Agriculture (A), Commercial Intensive (CI), Light & Warehouse Industrial (ILW) to Planned Development – Residential (PD-R). The ±316.32 acre subject property for the proposed amendment is located south of Phoenix Commercial Park and east of Turkey Creek Development of Regional Impact (DRI). FLUM: Moderate Density Residential and Conservation; Existing Zoning: Agricultural (A), Commercial Intensive (CI), and Light & Warehouse Industrial (ILW); Tax Parcel No. 05949-005-000. This is a quasi-judicial hearing
