  A.      Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 11 09:  A request by 10.47 LLC and Wyndswept Hills LLC, owners, to amend Ordinance 06 34 relating to the Northwest 151st Boulevard Planned Development (PD) by amending Condition Number 5 to extend the lapse date of the PD Master Plan and PD Agreement to June 15, 2012; and requiring approval of a Final PD Plan for any phase of the development by June 15, 2012.  The subject property consists of approximately 18 acres and is located along N.W. 151st Boulevard, west of the intersection of N.W. 147th Drive, Alachua, Florida.  FLUM: High Density Residential on parcel 03869-006-000 and a portion of 03869-009-000; Community Commercial on parcel 03869-007-000 and the remainder of 03869-009-000; Zoning: PD-COMM.—Kathy Winburn

      B.     First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 11 10: A request by Eng, Denman & Associates, Inc., agent for Property 441, LLC., owner, for consideration of a Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (LSCPA) to the City of Alachua Future Land Use Map from Alachua County Rural Employment Center to City of Alachua Community Commercial (±8.5 acres) and Residential Moderate Density (±8.31 acres). The ±16.81 acre subject property for the proposed Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment is located between the southerly right-of-way of US Highway 441 and the Turkey Creek Development of Regional Impact, Alachua, Florida. Existing FLUM: Alachua County Rural Employment Center; Zoning: Alachua County Agriculture (A); Tax Parcel No. 05899-001-000. (this is a legislative hearing).—Brandon Stubbs
