Second Reading and Public Hearing of Ordinance 12 04, an Ordinance of the City of Alachua, Florida, amending Section 2.4.9(C) of the City of Alachua Land Development Regulations; exempting minor utilities from site plan review; amending Section 6.3.5(B) of the City of Alachua Land Development Regulations; making an exception for minor utilities and recreational facilities from the prohibition on chain link fences; amending Section 10.2 of the City of Alachua Land Development Regulations; amending the definition of “Utility, Major” and “Utility, Minor.”—Kathy Winburn

i. Second reading, Ordinance 12 04; Consideration of approval of the above stated Ordinance
