Parker, Charles A. & Dawn-Elise Snipes, and the Peninsular Florida District Council of the Assembly of Gods, Inc., owners, for a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SSCPA) to the City’s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) from Medium Density Residential to Central Business District on a ±2.39 acre subject property, located south of NW 150th Avenue, east of NW 142nd Terrace, and north of NW 148th Place; Tax Parcel Nos.: 03620-000-000; 03622-001-000; 03622-002-000; 03622-003-000; 03624-001-000; 03627-001-000. This is a legislative hearing.—Justin Tabor

Parker, and Charles A. & Dawn-Elise Snipes, owners, for a Site Specific Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas (rezoning), to amend the Official Zoning Atlas from Residential Single Family – 3 (RSF-3) to Central Business District (CBD) on a ±1.60 acre subject property, located south of NW 150th Avenue, east of NW 142nd Terrace, and north of NW 148th Place; Tax Parcel Nos.: 03620-000-000; 03622-001-000; 03622-002-000; 03622-003-000; 03624-001-000. This is a quasi-judicial hearing.—Justin Tabor
