A. Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 12 17: A request by Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., applicant and agent for Alachua Self Storage, Inc., owner, for a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SSCPA) to the City’s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) from Agriculture (±1.18 acres) and Industrial (±1.42 acres) to Commercial (±2.6 acres) on a ±2.6 acre subject property, located at 14013 & 14021 NW US Highway 441; Tax Parcel No. 03953-000-000 and a portion of 03953-001-001. This is a legislative hearing.--Justin Tabor

i. Second reading, Ordinance 12 17 ; Consideration of approval of the above stated Ordinance

ii. Public Hearing to consider adoption of the above referenced Ordinance

 

B. Second Reading and Second Public Hearing of Ordinance 12 18: A request by Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., applicant and agent for Alachua Self Storage, Inc., owner, for a Site Specific Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas (rezoning), to amend the Official Zoning Atlas from Agriculture (County) (±1.18 acres) and Light & Warehouse Industrial (ILW) (±1.42 acres) to Commercial Intensive (CI) (±2.6 acres) on a ±2.6 acre subject property, located at 14013 & 14021 NW US Highway 441; Tax Parcel No. 03953-000-000 and a portion of 03953-001-001. This is a quasi-judicial hearing.--Justin Tabor

i. Second reading, Ordinance 12 18 ; Consideration of approval of the above stated Ordinance

ii. Public Hearing to consider adoption of the above referenced Ordinance

 

C. First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 12 19; Amend Chapter 4 of the City Code to reduce excess verbiage in “definition” and increase the permitted hours of sales of alcoholic beverages to be more consistent with the City of Gainesville and unincorporated Alachua County.—Grafton Wilson
