Second Reading of Ordinance 10-15; An Ordinance of the City of Alachua, Florida; Requesting and Consenting to the Inclusion of Alachua Within a Municipal Service Benefit Unit or other Specific Geographic Area Designated by Alachua County to Provide Fire Rescue Services; Providing for Annual Renewal of Such Request and Consent; Providing for Severability; and Providing an Effective Date.

i. Second READING, ORDINANCE 10-15; CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE STATED ORDINANCE

ii. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE ABOVE-REFERENCED ORDINANCE

B. Progress Technology Park Final Plat-- A request by Eng, Denman & Associates, Inc., agent for University of Florida Foundation, Inc., and the District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida, owners, for consideration of a Major Subdivision Final Plat of a 2 lot subdivision, known as Progress Technology Park. The ±30.45 acre subject property for the proposed subdivision is located at 14180 NW 119th Terrace, north of the intersection of US Highway 441 and Progress Boulevard, Alachua, Florida. FLUM: Industrial; Zoning: Light & Warehouse Industrial (ILW) and Industrial General (IG); Tax Parcel Nos. 03230-000-000; 03191-000-000; 03191-002-000; and 03956-001-000.
