Public Hearing for the Adoption of Resolution 11 20 Relating to the Levy of General City Purpose Ad Valorem Taxes for the 2011 Tax Year, Resolution 11 21 Relating to its Budget for the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year, Resolution 11 22 Relating to Fiscal Policies, and Resolution 11 23 Relating to Capital Improvement Program—Marcian Brown

B. First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 11-11: An amendment to Section 2-573 of the Code of Ordinances to add language to bring Section 2-573 in compliance with a change to Section 790.33, Florida Statutes. The change to F.S. 790.33 preempts to the state legislature all regulation of firearms and ammunition thereby requiring the City to amend its Code of Ordinances and add the offered language to eliminate any such conflict.—Grafton Wilson
