Notice given pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.  In order to appeal any decision made at this meeting, you will need a verbatim record of the proceedings.  It will be your responsibility to ensure such a record is made.

 

 EXECUTIVE SESSION

  The executive session will be attended by Mayor Gib Coerper, Vice Mayor Gary Hardacre, Commissioner Orien Hills, Commissioner Ben Boukari Jr., Commissioner Robert Wilford, City Manager Traci L. Cain, and City Attorney Marian B. Rush.

 

The subject matter of the executive session is the case of Charles James Grapski vs. The City of Alachua, a municipal corporation, Clovis Watson, Jr. individually, Jean Calderwood, individually, Robert E. Jernigan, individually, Gib Coerper, individually, and Patrick Barcia, Jr. individually filed in the United States District Court, Northern District, Gainesville Division, Case No.: 1:10-cv 00140-MP.  The discussions during this session shall be confined to A strategy session relating to litigation expenditures.  The session will be recorded by a certified court reporter.
