A.   Public Hearing for the Adoption of Resolution 10 22 Relating to the Levy of General City Purpose Ad Valorem Taxes for the 2010 Tax Year, and Resolution 10 23 Relating to its Budget for the 2010-2011 Fiscal Year.

B.  Second Reading and Second Public Hearing on Ordinance 10-20:  Adopting and Enacting a New Code of Ordinances for the City of Alachua.

 i.    Second READING, ORDINANCE 10 20; CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE STATED      ORDINANCE
ii.    PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE ABOVE-REFERENCED ORDINANCE

C.   Resolution 10 25; A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Alachua, Florida, relating to the maintenance of the TKstormwater basin;  providing authority and definitions; creating the TKbasin maintenance assessment area; confirming the initial assessment resolution; approving the maintenance assessment roll; providing for the imposition of the maintenance assessments; providing for collection of the assessments pursuant to the uniform assessment collection act; providing for the effect of this resolution; providing severability and an effective date.

D.  First Reading and First Public Hearing of Ordinance 10-23: A request by Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., agent for Megahee Enterprises, LTD., LLLP., owner, for consideration of a Site Specific Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas.
